Flavors
of Africa is also a bold initiative to demystify Africa and
build cultural, technical and economic bridges between nations.
African Ambassadors are assisting in identifying
suppliers and leveraging resources in disseminating tradeshow
news to their countries and colleagues.
This
unprecedented event will receive worldwide
attention given this is the first time a large number of U.S.
Food Buyers and African Suppliers will be in one place at the
same time. Strategic
alliances are being formed with buyers, suppliers, government
officials and other organizations in the U.S. and Africa to
raise public awareness and support of the event.
